For the past 20 years, Sarah Angle has worked as a Texas-based writer, storyteller, and strategic communicator. She began her career as a daily newspaper reporter and photographer, and then split her time and creativity between journalism and advertising copywriting. For the last ten years, Sarah’s worked as a faculty member in the Department of Strategic Communication at Texas Christian University and runs the department’s amazing student-driven advertising and public relations agency: Roxo.

As a journalist, her work has been published in the Washington Post, Boys’ Life magazine, Texas Observer, Texas Monthly, Fort Worth Weekly, The Dallas Morning News, and more. In 2014, she won first place from the Association of Alternative Newsmedia for her feature story “From the Land of the Lost.” And in 2016 she was granted the media award from the National Association of Social Workers, North Central Texas Region, for her work in social justice.
